Ah, of course. It is made from plants that grow on this mountain; a quest is not needed for something so trifling.
[He waves a wing, and a small bag of cured tea leaves appears on the ground at Silver's feet. There's about 15 total.]
Prepare with boiling water, five leaves per gallon.
